Business Rescue and the Effect on the Collection of Commercial Debt in terms of the New Companies Act
Collection of commercial debt in South Africa will never be the same following to the introduction of Chapter 6 of the New Companies Act which is due to take effect in the second half of 2010.
This legislation will be retrospective and will apply to all commercial debt, both old and new that companies will have to collect. It will also affect credit granting and the way in which companies manage their debtors.

Presenter
David Rosin is a law graduate of the University of the Witwatersrand. He was responsible for introducing Veri-cheque into South Africa and was its managing director.
